Contacted by the board of a thriving diagnostics company, the HR One Team was called in to assist throughout the company’s scale up.

The HR One Team took on an advising role to the board and CEO to guide the company throughout their extension.  Weekly updates and meetings provided the right information for quick reaction times.

HR One Group offered a service to the company in their time of need. With proactive thinking and a focus on solutions, HR One Group helped rewriting the company’s organigram, and thus defining the background and profile of new hires. Simultaneously, advanced market mapping and interim solutions were offered.

Whilst preparing the company for their scale up, priorities were set, and right candidates were put in place. As such, HR One Group positioned itself as a partner within this adventure.
