Job description

For an innovative pharmaceutical company specialized in gynecology, female health, and infertility, we are looking for a Marketing Director (Women’s Health). The Marketing Director is a Benelux full-time position and is part of the management team.

The Marketing Director role is to drive the Benelux Strategic Marketing activities (brand strategies, product innovation and commercial programs) to accelerate business growth.

To drive and consolidate a team of 3 Brand Managers and 1 marketing assistant. You will help them to grow and give support where needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop annual brand plans, strategic road map and quality innovative marketing activities / programs
• Coordinate market insight and market needs, ensuring they are undertaking the required communication and collaboration with the markets in order to provide effective service and planning
• Qualify marketing plan for new product launches
• Manage Direct-to-HCP and Digital activities with collaboration of broader cross functional team
• Provide targeted strategic and execution guidance & coaching to your team (3 brand managers & 1 marketing assistant)
• Reviews, approves and aligns Benelux marketing strategies, plans and budgets with planned global priorities
• Measure KPI's and activate appropriate plans to meet expectations
• Ensure highest standards of business and ethical conduct, in compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical and general regulations and legislation
• KOL development from marketing dept. perspective in agreement with company plan
• Support for meetings (Advisory Boards, regional meetings...) and individual encounters

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven marketing/sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry – creation of marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
• Several years of experience in direct/indirect people management
• Fluent in French, Dutch & English
• Proven strategic thinking fed by solid creativity
• Self-starter and self-driven
• Can easily navigate in complex environment and intensely relies on intuition to drive ideas
• Network in Women Health is a plus
• Being part of management team is a plus
