KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main tasks of the Market Access Consultant will be:
•Scientific input for and medical writing of Pricing and Reimbursement files in close collaboration with your colleague Consultants and with our clients.
- Develop the scientific backbone of the Pricing and Reimbursement dossiers based on Systematic Literature Review and/or Corporate Value Dossiers.
- Write the Pricing and Reimbursement dossiers according to legislation and templates. - Follow the reimbursement process from pre-submission meeting until reimbursement.
•Supporting the analysis of the evolution in the Belgian and Luxembourg healthcare systems.
- Helping perform public policy and strategy assessments. Gathering, interpreting, and disseminating information on government initiatives regarding healthcare.
- Monitoring and analysing new governments initiatives, potential change in law and broader developments; identifying key trends.
•Writing of Business Intelligence reports
QUALIICATIONS:
Education & Experience
•University degree in Sciences (e.g. MD, MPharmSc, BioMed Sc, Bio Eng...) or an Economic degree with demonstrated interest in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
•Knowledge of and first experience in Market Access and/or Pharmaceutical/Regulatory Affairs is an asset.
•Knowledge of and interest in the Belgian political, healthcare and economic systems.
•Good understanding of the challenges of the innovative pharmaceutical sector and the
healthcare sector in general.
•Experience in managing multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues.
•Proven ability to understand and clearly communicate medical and/or scientific topics.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English; ability to make
complex issues easy to understand; good affinity to adapt messaging to the relevant audiences
