At the end of 2009, I was fresh to the employment market, looking for a challenging position. I came across the vacancy of RA Officer at Alcon posted by HR One Pharma. I immediately applied for this job. Less than 24 hours after my phone interview with HR One Pharma, I was invited for an interview with Sophie Arcq and Charlotte Peters. This in-depth interview was followed by a second interview and a thorough assessment. Hardly 3 weeks later, I could start as Regulatory Affairs Officer Belgilux at Alcon. 

HR One Pharma gives way to a highly-personal approach. Here, you are not a number but really a person with a personality, a background and a degree. Now that I have been outsourced at Alcon, I regularly receive phone calls and mails to check up on me. I think that this personal approach really makes a difference.
